About the program

Crimson Soccer runs year-round soccer programming at Harvard University under the Harvard coaching staff. College ID clinics bring girls in grades 7–12 to campus across fall, winter and summer sessions to be seen by college coaches. Youth camps serve girls aged 6–13, alongside boys youth camps and a goalkeeper academy. Each program draws a different player. An ID clinic is recruiting; a youth camp is a first soccer experience; the goalkeeper academy is a specialty. The questions a family answers should match which one they signed up for. NCAA rules require that camps and clinics be open to any and all entrants, which in practice means first come, first served. When registration opens, it opens for everyone at once, and the platform has to handle the rush without a staff member sitting in the middle of it.

How they use Camp Network

Every clinic, camp and academy session runs from one account with its own dates, capacity and question set. Registration opens on schedule and closes itself when a session fills, so a sellout doesn’t depend on someone noticing. Rosters come out with position, grad year and club team already attached.
