Camp Network privacy policy
How Camp Network collects, uses and protects personal information. Last updated October 21, 2026.
This Privacy Policy explains how Camp Network, LLC (“Camp Network”, “we”, “us”) handles personal information when you visit campnetwork.com and our blog, chat with us, book a demo, or create an account. It works alongside our Terms of Service.
1. Who we are
Camp Network provides online registration, payment and management software for camps, clinics and after-school programs. Our mailing address is 10 Burton Hills Blvd Ste 400, Nashville, TN 37215.
When camps, clubs and schools use the Camp Network platform to register participants, we process that registration information on their behalf. In that case the organization running the program decides how the information is used, and its own privacy policy also applies. Questions about a specific registration are best sent to that organization first; we will help them respond.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us: your name, email address, phone number, organization, and anything you write when you contact us, book a demo, use the website chat, subscribe to updates, or create an account.
Account and registration information: when you or a camp use the platform, details such as participant names, ages, contact and emergency details, health or allergy notes a camp asks for, and order history. Card and bank payments are handled by our payment processors; we do not store full card numbers.
Information collected automatically: your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, the site that referred you, and the time and length of your visit. We collect this with cookies and similar technologies (see section 4).
3. How we use information
To provide, operate and improve Camp Network and this website; to answer questions and provide support; to schedule and run demos; to process registrations and payments for the programs that use our platform; to send service messages and, if you agree, product news (you can unsubscribe at any time); to understand how the website is used; to keep the service secure and prevent fraud; and to meet legal obligations.
4. Cookies and similar technologies
We use necessary cookies to run the site, functional cookies for features such as the website chat, and analytics cookies to understand how visitors use the site. Analytics and marketing tracking only continue if you allow them.
You can change your choice at any time with the “Customize preferences” link in the cookie banner, or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may stop parts of the site, such as the chat, from working.
5. How we share information
We do not sell personal information. We share it only as described here:
With service providers who help us run our business, such as website hosting (Framer), customer relationship management, email and chat (HubSpot), scheduling (Calendly), and payment processing. They may only use it to provide services to us.
With the camp or program you register with, so they can run their program.
When required by law, to protect the rights, safety or property of Camp Network, our customers or others, or as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, in which case this policy continues to apply.
6. Children’s information
This website is meant for adults, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. Parents and guardians may provide information about a child when registering them for a program; that information is processed on behalf of the program running the registration. If you believe a child has given us personal information directly, contact us and we will delete it.
7. How long we keep information
We keep personal information for as long as we need it for the purposes above, for as long as an account is active, or as required by law or by our agreements with the programs that use Camp Network. When it is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.
8. Security
We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards, including encrypted connections, to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, and you can opt out of marketing emails using the link in any email. Depending on where you live, for example in California or another U.S. state with a privacy law, you may have additional rights, such as knowing what we collect and not being treated differently for using your rights. To make a request, contact us using the details below; we may need to verify your identity first.
10. Links to other sites
Our website may link to other websites, including the registration pages of the programs that use Camp Network. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites.
