What is Camp Network?
Camp Network is online registration and payment software for camps, clinics, lessons, leagues and after-school programs. Directors use it to build registration forms, collect payments, send emails and texts, and manage participants from one dashboard.
What types of programs use Camp Network?
Day and overnight camps, sports camps and clinics, after-school programs, church camps and VBS, private lessons, facility rentals, recurring classes, tournaments and leagues, and one-time workshops and events.
How fast can we start taking registrations?
Most directors are live within a day. Create a free account, connect or create your Stripe account in a few minutes, add your sessions in Event Setup, then share your registration link on your website, by email, or by text.
What does Camp Network cost?
There is no monthly software fee, no upfront cost, and no minimums. Processing is 3.95%–4.95% + 30¢ per transaction, typically paid by the participant, so months when nobody registers cost you nothing.
Are we locked into a contract?
No. There are no long-term contracts and no annual commitment. Agree to the rates, run your season, and stay only as long as the platform earns it.
How are payments handled?
Camp Network processes payments through Stripe, which is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1, the most stringent certification in the payments industry. Connect or create your Stripe account once, and registration funds are deposited straight to your bank.
Can we refund a family in full?
Yes, in full. Cancellations and schedule changes are part of every season. Most platforms cannot return their fees, but we can, so your program does not absorb the difference.
