About the program
Rock Mountain Bible Camp has sat in the Endless Mountains of northeastern Pennsylvania since 1996, with a mission to provide opportunities to experience truth, community and change through Jesus Christ. Nearly thirty years on, it serves youth, families and church groups across more than 200 acres. Summer runs on weeklong overnight sessions: Teen Camp for ages 12 to 17, Junior Camp for ages 8 to 12, plus a Junior Day Camp and a Mini Camp for younger or first-time campers. The rest of the year brings THAW youth group weekends, Fall Overnighters, Joshua Trek and The Path, alongside challenge courses, a zipline and laser tag. Rock Mountain is also a retreat center. Churches, schools and organizations book the site for their own events, with meeting space, food service and accommodation ranging from cabins and cottages to lodges and tent and RV sites. That’s two businesses sharing one calendar. Individual families register their children for summer sessions; group leaders book a whole weekend for a church youth group. The two need different information, different payment timing and different confirmations — but they draw on the same beds and the same weekends.
How they use Camp Network
Each summer session runs with its own ages, dates, capacity and questions, and overnight camps collect the health forms, permissions and arrival details that an overnight week requires — before the week starts, rather than in the parking lot on Sunday. Youth group weekends and retreat bookings run as their own programs alongside the individual sessions, so one account shows the full year. Church groups registering together use group codes instead of signing up one family at a time, and balances are tracked where a deposit comes in now and the rest later.
